B&M TOWING & AUTO REPAIR

Came across B&M from google when I needed a tire. Mike picked up and helped me out now I’ve taken all three of my cars there and they fixed my bmw which 3 other mechanics had a problem fixing. The price is great and the service is matched. Thanks to your team at B&M

I was driving on the freeway and a very large nail pierced my tire. When I got off the freeway I heard and awful sound coming from the rear of my car . Mind you I was over 25 miles away from home. I contacted the Lexus dealer and was left on hold over 30 minutes (no avail) I went to a local tire shop in San Dimas the owner of that tire shop did not have my tire in stock was very nice and tried to help. I then searched Yelp and called B&M and talked to Mike and provided him with the make /model of the run flat tire. Mike had it in stock and quoted the price which I found reasonable. When I arrived to B&M Mike and his staff examined my tire and immediately worked on replacing the damaged tire with the new tire. Mike and the B&M staff were professional, kind and honest. I highly recommend B&M to others. They provided stellar service.

I am so grateful for B&M towing and auto repair. One of my tires broke unexpectedly, and I didn’t have a lot of time to get it repaired. This company picked up my car literally within 10 minutes of contacting them. The tow truck driver was nice and helpful and got the car to the shop quickly. They immediately diagnosed the issue and determined that they couldn’t save the tire, which, frankly I expected. They took the time to show me the tire and the damage so that I could see what the issue was. They replaced the tire within minutes of arriving and I was back on the road. Good to go. B&M was quick and efficient and I sincerely appreciate their service.
